Swami Udit Chaitanya says,
Why brood ovr the past?
Forget about it
Concentrate on the present
Look and study nature
The sky,sea,rain,fire,sun,moon
All have their role to play in our lives
Throw away unwanted thoughts from our minds
Burn it;forget it
Make life simple and happy
Get engaged in some work
Don't sit idle.
The old saying "Idle mind is devil's workdshop
Perfectly apt.

Life is not a bed of roses
I was viewing a TV programme
The awful conditions of a poor man
He is really a poor man
He is sick and incapacitated
He is staying with his wife and three children
His house is in a confined space
No exit point to move out
His neighbour,panchayat president
Blocked his way
Poor man represented to all
No effect; all are on the richman's side
What to do poor fellow
Life is not a bed of roses

Remain Young in old age
“Time and tide wait for no man” thus goes the old adage. Days roll into months and months to years. We can’t stop the clock ticking.
Human body becomes weak in old age, black hair turns to white, joints become stiff, memory weakens … like that so many problems of old age.
Death is inevitable; that is a fact of life.
However, we can delay the process of ageing and the problems associated with old age can be mitigated to a certain extent. We will be able to lead a healthy, happy and energetic life even after crossing the barrier at 60.
But how? That is a big question. Let us try to get an answer to that.

In brief the answer is - Balanced food, minimum physical exercise, calm and quiet mental disposition, utilize the spare time to serve the society.

Expectations
Expectations - the need to have limitations
key words- expectations, dejected, reasonable limits
Every body in this world have their own expectations.
But quite often it so happens that , your expectations may get shattered.
You may feel disheartened, dejected and sometimes angry.
What is the solution?
Follow this dictum:
" Do not always expect others to behave the way you want.
Keep your expectations with in reasonable limit; do not have over expectation. Try to remain calm and cool in odd circumstances also."
