New Year 2016
Yes! the year 2015 is almost going to end in another 5 days. Days roll into months, months to years and like that time passes with out waiting any body. It is the correct time at the end of the year for a person to take stock of the past one year and do some self analysis to find out ones mistakes and to take corrective steps in the coming year. Doctors advise that each individual should under go a medical check up at least once an year to find out one’s physical fitness and take remedial steps to maintain good health. But seldom one does a mental check up. In this present day world majority of persons are undergoing some sort of tension, worry resulting in agony both physical and mental.
No doubt everybody want to lead a happy and comfortable life. But what is
happiness? It is basically a state of mind. All persons rich, poor male female,
aged person and children should have basic amenities like food, shelter and
clothing. All other items are in one way
or other luxury items. But unfortunately modern men have ambitions which they
are finding it difficult to attain. The main item is the greed of money ; there is no limit for the amount of
money one wants to acquire. So all are
in a mad run in search of money and money..
As told earlier, happiness eludes everybody. It is just
like the old adage- “Water water
everywhere but not a drop to drink!”. Happiness is there every where but
only few are able to have it.
To lead a healthy
and happy life, one should live a more relaxed life. For this :
Have always positive, pleasant thoughts. It is your
thoughts that matter.
Do your duty earnestly, but do not worry about the
results.
Have regular physical exercise.
Practise yoga, meditation.
Try to remain calm and quite even in adverse
