Expectations - the need to have limitations

Every body in this world have their own expectations. But quite often it so happens that , your expectations may get shattered. You may feel disheartened, dejected and sometimes angry.
What is the solution?
Follow this dictum: " Do not always expect others to behave the way you want. Keep your expectations with in reasonable limit; do not have over expectation. Try to remain calm and cool in odd circumstances also."
