Ideally one should be able to work in an an environment where one can derive job satisfaction. Then only one will be able to work whole heartedly and put all his energies. But the big question is - Do all people are able to work in such a situation?
Chances are very less.
One should be able to have sufficient monetary compensation for the work he/she renders. That is very important. Then only one would be able to lead a comfortable life.
Job satisfaction cannot be measured, it can only be felt or experienced. It depends on the individual tastes and likes. For example if a person is asked to teach a particular subject to students and if he has got no interest in teaching, he may feel quite boring and uninteresting in it.
To a limit extent, interest can be created in a particular area or field, but still the person should have some inclination towards it.
