Tensionfree Life

In the present day world, it is difficult to find a person with out tension. It is part and parcel of life. Whether a school going child, grown up person, retired senior citizen, man ,woman - all are having tension in one way or the other.

To a certain extent it is all right. For example a candidate preparing for an examination or a player playing in the field - there will be certain emotional upswing. That is imaginable and desirable.

But the problem becomes acute, when the tension exceeds the optimal level. It creates a series of problems like increased blood pressure, annoyance, severe head ache, diabetes and heart problems.

Also if the person is in an agitated mood, he quarrels with other persons in an office or family creating sometimes very ugly scenes. He loses his temper and shouts and sometimes fights with others. He may lose his appetite, will not be getting proper sleep. He will be an unwanted guest wherever he goes.

Then the question arises. What is the remedy? Is there any medicine for this.
Practically no medicine. It is his control over the thoughts and emotions - that is required.Remain in a calm and peaceful mood.
